Learning how to protect your own and your sources' privacy online is a skill all journalists should be looking to acquire, especially reporters who work with sensitive information and investigations.

But getting started with information security can be a daunting task. Paul Bradshaw, who leads the online journalism masters course at Birmingham City University, started up a FlipBoard curating articles about online security for journalists.
